Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within South Africa:
- Standard Shipping — R90
- Free Shipping on all orders over R500
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations at a flat rate of R370. Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can resolve the issue promptly.
